My favourite way to do chicken breasts is in my slow cooker...
You can actually leave one of these on low while you're at work, and when you come home...Voila! Dinner is served!

Can I split one of these in half safely? Just until I figure out what dosage works for me? I work with kids, and even looking like "I am on something" could cost me my job.
