First day running halodrol, need help.
Hey all, this is the first day for me running halodrol with liver shield im taking one pill a day for first week then 2 a day for 4 weeks then PCT im having "HI-Test". Im going to carb up on this cycle but do you guys recommend any diet that i should follow? and i usually train 2 muscles a day...
