Some acknowledge the term adrenal fatigue while some says the term is bs and its adrenal insufficiency. Either way I'm currently dealing with this issue and was seeing if anybody had any recommendations on fixing this.
For years I've had that "tired but wired" feeling. Meaning I wake up tired...
Been feeling super run down, don't remember the last time I slept good
plus wake up feeling like I've been hit by a mac truck.
Tired during the day, but feel kinda tried/wired at night making
it hard to sleep.
I Think my adrenal/cortisol levels are shot.
