    neither one are a waste and I truly love and use them. I use BCAA and EAA intra-workout. For BCAA alone I personally go with 15g of it intra-workout.

    AlphaMax XT is really good and back I don't know about other but DAA did very well for me. I was doing 3g/day for and during that time I got blood works done and it made my coach ask me "WTF are you using?" lol but everyone's different

    PES - still legit?

    They are for sure a legit company and by far one of my personal favorites. They are just not being hyped up like the use to be for the first few use when they had came out. Back then they use to come out with products and promos left and right....or at least it felt like they did.

    If it's from NTBM, it's not worth it. If you want something to help you with test boost nothing will beat 3g of DAA per day. It is super cheap and works wonderful and scientifically proven.

    Yaaaaaa...nothing comes close to pinning GH. Even the 6x of cjc and ghrp pepto combo at 100/100mcg or even cjc dac at a very high dosage. 3iu of underground kits would still do 10x better...other might be different but this is from personal experience.

    Personally after years of taking all these supplements I've foudn out that the only products that work for my joints are cissus (3g/day) and fish oil(4g/day).
