    I'm 53 years old & been weight training for 3 months I've changed my diet to a sensible one I train 6 times per week I've lost one stone ( was 18 stone & fat ) & gained muscle on legs arms shoulders & chest, any tips on a routine..? To build muscle..I've just changed my old routine to a new one...
