    Problems the second time around, i took M-1D for 5 weeks and started Form a few days ago. I'm taking 2caps split evenly and missed the night dose. the next day i took 2caps@ 7am, 2caps in the afternoon and 2caps@ ~12am(wednesday)....resumed 2 & 2 protocol thursday I got home from the gym today...
