im planning a test cyp and winstrol cycle i have run winstrol solo for 6 weeks before and had good results.
goal is lower bf% and increase strength
age 23, 102kg, 6 ft 1, 18% bodyfat
deadlift= 220kg
squat= 170kg
bench= 140kg
im planning on doing this:
