    Short and sweet. I train usually around 5pm. When is the best time to take epistane around this time. 1pm and 9pm? or closer to workout time? Also should the majority dose be taken before workout or after workout? I am doing a pulse cycle so 3 times a week mon-wed-fri if this helps...
