superdol, but not at the usual 20-30mg, im thinking of running 60mg a day,would that be too much?i'll be using m-drol from cel. running a liver supporter and all of that good stuff.

i started taking it and take it with meals. but dont really feel nothing just my muscles are getting a lot harder. should i take it on an empty stomach before a workout and one after or what? anyone who is taking it how do you take it
