i won the hyperdrol contest and and last night gave it an official test run with back. didn't get alot to eat so didn't go too heavy.
i never do pull ups i can barely get 10 last night i managed 5x5 woth 10 extra pds
t-bar rows with 100 for 12 to 15 reps felt lighter.
cable rows with 140 2 sets...
