    One week lights one week heavies?

    Training 3 times a week with hiit training after my weights. Could I train lights/12 to 15 reps 30 secs rest one week. Then train heavy/8 to 10 reps with 1 min rest? Would I see the best of both worlds training like this?

    Ok I'm weight training with high reps & hiit cardio for weight loss, love The pump I get with arginine supplement & the pump I get in the bed room too lol, I have 500mg caps so how many is safe a day & when? The box says 1? Lol Cheers mike
