Started the workout routine passed to me by matt8483 ( thnx a lot bro)
Back & biceps workout was intense. Transition was nice and everything flowed nicely. Low weight to get me goin and I still felt a damn good burn since I never did a high rep routine...

Ok I'm bout 5'7" and 300 lbs. I wanna drop 60-80 lbs. I used to play football in high school and did a lot of weight lifting so that's all I really know but my focus is FAT LOSS now. Any advice on routines, supplementation, or even just an exercise would be a lot of help. Thnx peeps!!!
