Hey if anyone can help me out that would be great. I was just wondering if adding fiber to protien shakes increases protien intake to the muscles. And also if taking protien shakes prior to working Is actually beneficial ? Thanks
hey guys, im currentley thinking about starting a cyle of this pro hormone Dieselbolan i believe it is, but im 18. I have been lifting for a year now and already made some pretty big gains on just mass protien and eating but want to take it to the next level. Is it safe ?
