    I want to also lose all the ANNOYING fat that is in my thighs, chest, and stomach that didnt go away after I lost about 65 lbs. (at 187 now). Besides this, i look ok. Can anyone make a suggestion? :head:

    well, I'm 6' and 187 lbs and wanna lose maybe 20 more...can someone post a daily/weekly if possible meal plan I can use to do this, and some good workouts too? I don't know at all how to keep track of the calories burnt and everything of the like, heh. Thanks! :head:
