  5. Reach your full potential

    How many feel as if they are at theirs? I think I am about there 509 210lbs and have been training for about 11 years. (30 years old). Some on these boards must be hard workers since they seem to reach theirs in 1-2 years (or so they claim).

    Anyone who has taken SD or Halo do have some before and after pics to post. I have been reading all this "I gained 15-20 lbs" but I would like to see how much muscle vs fat was actually put on. I have tried a number of products out there and my gains are never close to what the internet numbers are.
