    On the tracking website it says package is inbound for customs, is this bad? I've never seen that messege before? I suppose it would say "seized" or something if it was flagged or opened and found out the contents. Should I sign for it if it comes?

    IS it normal to have to sign for a package of like $135 value that was just regular mail via USPS? It did come internationally.
