I'm 5'10 167 lbs, down from 220.
I work out 3-5 days a week (~hour a day lifting weights). Some calisthenics daily. And recently incorporating sprint sessions 1-2 times a week.
I do a 16-24 hour fast daily. Eat less than 1500 calories, all eggs/meat/cheese. I do not eat any carbs or...
