    Creatine waste?

    Since I have a weak bladder. Saying drink one cup of water, piss ten. Anyways, I've started creatine. Once consumed with water. I'm pissing every 20 minutes. Not sure if it's the think for me, but am I wasting it by pissing it out?

    I'm heading towards the end cycle of Erase Pro, Daa, Agmatime. I've now chosen for my 4 week off cycle, C4 extreme + Agmatine for pre-work. Is this o.k? Or would C4 alone be good enough?

    What should i do to maintain my gains, etc, after i have completed my 8 week cycle on PES stack? Should I just up the protein intake over the 4 week minimum off cycle period?

    Stack for mass

    I'm about to begin week 5 on Epro, daa & Agmatine. Apart from minor sore joints, There has been no gains at all. I feel & look the same to before beginning cycle. I'm after a bit of mass at least. Would anabeta be a better choice replacing only DAA? I don't want to start PH.

    Why are the ingredients on these 2 bottles of PES Erase Pro slightly different? I'm hoping neither one is a fake. Or maybe one is a newer version once again. I don't want to take my 2nd bottle if it's not the same gear. Can somebody answer?

    I'm wanting to build some trap (height, width) & forearm size & strength. Workout goes as: Front barbell shrugs Behind barbell shrugs Dumbbell side shrugs Farmer walks All done in one session. Will this benefit hitting this once or twice a week?

    As a testosterone booster, what would be a more potent supp? I have not had any noticeable results with daa. Would it be worth giving "core alpha" a go instead, along with erase pro which I'm currently taking?

    Whats the reason for a sudden burst of acne while on 2nd month of Erase, agmatine + daa. Is it the change in my natural testosterone rising? I don't get acne any other time.

    Losing strength

    I've gone from 210lb - 180 over 8 months. Is it normal to have lost a lot of strength on my bench & other big muscle group workouts? I eat as much, just not crap. My joints can't seem to handle the load.
