Since I have a weak bladder. Saying drink one cup of water, piss ten. Anyways, I've started creatine. Once consumed with water. I'm pissing every 20 minutes. Not sure if it's the think for me, but am I wasting it by pissing it out?
What results should I see on Creatine after being on formeron (3 bottles, 4 pumps a day)? I'm off Formeron (off cycle). Hoping to gain some weight on mono creatine prior beginning formeron later this year again.
Have been off Erase pro & Daa for a week or so after a 6 week cycle. Waiting on my formeron to arrive. Is it safe to continue on formeron after a short off cycle?

I'm about to begin week 5 on Epro, daa & Agmatine. Apart from minor sore joints, There has been no gains at all. I feel & look the same to before beginning cycle. I'm after a bit of mass at least. Would anabeta be a better choice replacing only DAA? I don't want to start PH.

Farmer walks
All done in one session.

I've gone from 210lb - 180 over 8 months. Is it normal to have lost a lot of strength on my bench & other big muscle group workouts? I eat as much, just not crap. My joints can't seem to handle the load.
