so every morning wen i wake up i allways got to have a cup off coffee along with some Creatine chews and DAA chews first thing in the morning.
then later on at night time wen i want something sweet i take my BCAA chews...
i even take some in a ziplock bag to work and just eat them.

so i been seeing some guys lately at the gym with a big jug and i am assuming it is crystal light? so how many of you guys take a jug of crystal light to the gym to drink instead of water? this is all i drink at home but i think i am going to start taking my jug to the gym instead of plane old...
i have herd alot of guys talk about no explode at my gym they say its good. i have tried alot of pre work out drinks so i would like to here from you guys and your feed back on it thanks guys.
i have some optimum nutrition unflavored mircronize creatine powder
now its a big jug cause i have had it for some time now it has 400 servings so i always take it with a hot cup of coffee in the mornings or after my work outs. is it ok to take creatine with hot coffee compared to a cold drink...
so i just got my premax yesterday in the mail. and today was back day and i have to say this stuff work great i had a great focus in the gym with out the jitters and my work out felt great. PP you guys have done it again you ROCK :fest30:
