Just ordered my first bottle of Noopept to help me study still waiting for it to come in >< I feel like i cant concentrate anymore. Just curious if anyone on here has used any Nootropics like noopept and if so what should i be expecting? effects wise?
is to much bcaa bad, specifically leucine during your workout? does it really kick you out of ketosis? and is 2 scoops of protein post workout to maintain ketosis?..
