    I'm probably being dumb but could someone confirm how to take 5-Alpha tabs please. Do I put in my mouth, allow to dissolve completely, wait 30 secs and swallow or... Put in my mouth, wait 30 secs and swallow what is/isn't dissolved ? Thanks
