    Break periods?

    My question is is there a break period in workouts? Like I workout Monday-Friday on different parts on my body and rest on the weekends and grub out on saturdays, but I heard after a month of working out I should take a one week break period to let my muscles settle in. Advice please?

    Morning workouts?

    Are morning workouts worth it? I wake up at 4:50 am to go on a run for 50 min and Inbetween I hit three different sets of push ups. What else can I do to improve in my morning workout.

    Hey I'm getting back into the gym cause my season of wrestling is over so it's off track practices, but I wanna build up. Does anyone know a good pre-workout supplement? I've taken super pump Max and for an After workout just Whey protein. Any suggests would help thank you.
