    I'm about to start a cycle with Olympus Labs Lgd and was wondering what dosage should I take. Caps are 4mg . Bottle says do not exceed 2 caps. Any recommendations? Thanks

    New to this site. I will be starting an LGD cycle in the next week or so and wanted to know if anyone heard of the brand Alchemy Labs? Does anyone recommend it? Might just go OL
