    I got some 2222 superior amino tabs by ON, and it says to take 2 w/ each meal and 2 before and 2 after lifting. I was curious if I could just take 1 instead of 2 each time being that I'm using tribulus and the myofusion probiotic protien that has some amino acids in it.
