Training last night and whilst doing leg press heard a POP then sharp pain in right calf muscle.
quick trip to A&E confirmed a torn calf muscle.
At the moment got a compression bandage on and icing every hour or so to bring down swelling.
can anyone suggest some rehab exercises for once...
Im half way through eight weeks of original erase pro usage and have only just started to notice any effects.
such as the aching knees, water weight loss and slight improvement in vascularity.
my question is should it take this long to notice changes? In everything I read before I purchased it...
