In the picture enclosed is my last stubborn bit of belly fat. I've lost 75 percent of my belly but can't seem to get the last bit down that is covering my six pack? Any ideas?
Can anyone suggest a healthy energy boost for my workouts? Currently my pre workout snack involves some fruit or peanut utter and ricecakes, but I reckon I need more. Anyone have an idea?
