Ey wondering if anyone had a really good work out for ripping up. I've got the cardio already sorted just need some awesome weight training workout. Any help would be great!
About to start my first clen cycle. Have read up on what a good amount to start with is and how long to take it for but some advice from someone who has actually done it before would be a huge help.
Just received my order of liquidclen from ag guys. Never taken the stuff before but have read up on it a lot anyone know a good first cycle to go buy, how much to take, how often and how long for?
