    Back progress, March->July 2009

    3 1/2 months back progress. 15.03.2009: 88.4kg (194.5lbs) 03.07.2009: 85.9kg (188.5lbs) At present I'm trying to cut some fat and gaining lean mass. Let me know what do you think.
