Finally I decide to track my training!
At the moment that's my routine:
5 days split
Mon - Chest
Tue - Legs
Wed - Arms
Thu - Cardio (normally in this season swimming)
Fri - Shoulders
Sat - Back
Sun - Rest
3 1/2 months back progress.
15.03.2009: 88.4kg (194.5lbs)
03.07.2009: 85.9kg (188.5lbs)
At present I'm trying to cut some fat and gaining lean mass.
