Problem with back pumps!
Hey Guys im brand new to forum's so hopefully this is the right place for this post. But I had to stop my leg day half way through (which pissed me off a lot!) due to insane back pumps. I am eating a banana a day and taking 5-10g of taurine per day. What else can I do to avoid having this happen...
