Im looking to start a new workout plan. Aiming to put on muscle. 22 y.o, 78kg and have been weights training for 2-3 years. Can only currently train three nights a week (mon, weds, fri). Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks
My chest is lacking in development and definition compared to other body parts so im thinking of changing it up and increasing frequency with the use of push ups. Whats the best way to do this? One set of push ups to failure every day? Every second day? Two days in a row and take the third off...
Hey guys, heres my current routine, pretty much just trying to put on some muscle. Any advice on what i need to add/remove/change would be greatly appreciated!
DAY 1: squats
Leg extentions
Hamstring curl
Stiff legged deads
Calve raises
Abs
DAY 2: bench press
Dumbbell bench press
Seated row...
So evidently it appears I am not genetically gifted when it comes to calve growth. I have researched the topic and haven't yet found a routine that works for me. Can someone please give me an insight into how they have faced this challenge??
