    Supplements for running/getting back into it

    So I already use caffeine/ephedrine, is there anything else you all recommend for getting back into running? I always feel like I'm going to hurt something if I just take off sprinting, like my tendons aren't as stretchy as they were two years ago or something. Or I am going to mess up my joints.

    So, people that have visible 6-8 packs, do you do regular cardio /run? Anyone with 8 pack who doesn't do cardio?
