    So I am in week 5 of my havoc cycle,and am seeing a lack of results. I ran it at 40/40/60/70. Should I dose higher and order another bottle, or possibly bridge? I started at 215.5, and I'm about 218 now. Bench max has gone up about 5 lbs. Only result I am relatively happy with is increased...
