I did a search for this before hand but had no luck finding a thread to answer my question...but what is the biggest difference (if any) between 100% Whey Protein Powders and Myoplex RTD's?
I recently got back into working out since I injured my back (L4 L5 Degenerative Disk) and I have some left over supplements such as:
Amino 1500 Precision Engineered - Expiration date 6/06
1-AD - Expiration Date Feb. 07
Andro 100 Poppers - Expiration Date 6/05
My question is...would it be ok...
