2 months ago hurt my back squatting been to doctor next step is mri if I want to no bone damage. He thinks it's a slipped disc or something in that nature haven't lifted or played golf in this time span he told me to try to get back into things. Just seeing if there is any supps that might help?
I know this has been asked before but I need the strongest Pre workout for energy I don't mind the cracked out feeling. I use Noxygen for the pump. Any and all info will be appreciated!
