I'm planning out my first Test-Deca cycle. I think I have a pretty good plan but I would like input and/or suggestions. I am 5'11 180 lbs. 11% body fat. I've only take PH's before but had little to no side effects. I've heard the half life of test is about 7 days and deca about 14. I'm not sure...
