Anybody ran this longer than 50 workouts? Results? Pros/cons? Is there even any evidence out saying you need to stop after that 10 week 50 workout mark(I haven't come across any)?
I plan on using this daily 6 caps on workout 4 non workout days. Almost thinking of pushing 12 to 16 weeks taking...

Sure its past beaten to death, but planning on doing 1.5 grams of ara preworkout. Should I dose recovery fix after workout. I know its not fish oil or NSAID. Appreciate in advance for any help
