I've been using these sups for a good month now and I've seen great gains! I went from a solid 134 to 146lbs in so little time! Any other ideas for more gains? Or just stick with this? I'm looking to get big and reach 195 and a great cut body!
I've been using the *** amplified protien for a hood month now, and have seen some pretty decent results! But it's too expensive, has anybody tried the whey protein from cellucor and is it worth a try?
