Great Read!! Not necessarily on purpose, but i am on a somewhat paleo diet just by choice in foods through the week with the exception of my refeed once a week, interesting to know the benefits and maybe more accurately the lack thereof.
I've Been Taking X-Gels for the past 4 weeks now and i am at the tail end of contest prep and can really say i like them and have noticed that i have been able to actually gain strength in some lifts i had plateaued in.

My "cut" has lasted way longer than it should have. I put cut in quotes because the first couple months I told myself I was cutting but it was more maintenance than anything. After that I of course saw no results so I made sure I fixed my diet first and really started tracking what I was eating...
This morning was pull. Work out felt good!! Starting to notice some strength plateaus in some of my lifts like rack dreads and such. Not really any loss but definitely a little harder to progress.
