Today is my first day on cardarine. Literally took it for the first time like 45 minutes ago. I feel like I’m overflowing with energy so I’m about to go hit the gym right now. Mild stomach ache though and a sense of euphoria like I’m on ADD meds
I like splitting cardio and weigh lifting into two separate workouts per day. For example, I’ll hit the track in the morning and hit the weights at night after work. My question is simple, is it better to lift weights in the morning & cardio at night or do the reverse?
Highly unlikely. My unqualified estimate would be around 50%. I grew up playing football with two guys that are now in the nfl (Budda baker & Myles jack) . Even in junior football they were leaps and bounds more athletic than the rest of us. We’re talking about people that have been doing...
