    Deadlift stretches for tight hamstrings?

I’ve dealt with that same problem most my life to the point I had to stop deadlifting and back squatting, until I found the key of unlocking my hips. Hamstring tightness/low back pain usually stems from tight HIP FLEXORS (psoas minor & major) and from an underdeveloped lower abdomen. If you...

1st SARM stack after Laxogenin - not impressed

Hey man, I’d recommend looking into doing a Cardarine + Ostarine stack. Do that + fasted cardio in the morning and I’m very confident you’d start to lose that belly fat. Rule of thumb, when buying SARMs stay away from companies that sell SARMs in pill form. Get it in liquid form with mL dropper...

    Cardarine

The fact of the matter is that there are no short term side effects. Don’t exceed 10-30mg per dose and don’t use for longer than 4-6 weeks at a time. Rats were given absurdly high doses for their body weight and didn’t show signs of cancerous cell proliferation until 2 years into the study...

Cardarine (GW 501516) Only Cycle Log

Correct. However it may be at the expense of fat loss. Diet depends on your goals. Rule of thumb, try not to combine carbs with high-fat meals at the same time

Cardarine (GW 501516) Only Cycle Log

I usually take it first thing in the morning but I still feel it’s effects hours later when I’m at the gym. I don’t even need a pre workout, I just go hard from the start

Cardarine (GW 501516) Only Cycle Log

I agree with what YoungThor said. Also according to old research studies, if you’re on cardarine your body is more adept at burning fat for energy. Carbs are only hindering you in the long run

Cardarine (GW 501516) Only Cycle Log

Some rats had cancer cell proliferation with just 3mg over two years and I believe 80% of all rats ended the two years with some sort of cancer growth. Not to mention birth dysfunctions in pregnant rats. With that being said, I’m on a cardarine cycle right now lol. Compromises.

Same. My friend and I took a chance on a new company, Choice Compounds. Ordered GW and it works great for me, feels like clean energy. Only $49 too. I’m not a sponsor or anything either

    First SARM Stack. MK-2866 & GW-501516

Ha, I feel you on the MCT stomach pain. First few weeks were definitely kind of annoying for me. Also when I took the Cardarine it felt hot in my stomach for an hour or so like I had downed a shot of vodka. Maybe the stack + mct oil is synergistically causing stomach pain? unqualified opinion of...
