I did read that spreading it out is better for hypertrophy, but taking a big dose all at once pre workout supposedly gives better strength gains, and increases anabolism right around the most important time.
yeah 10mg tabs. I heard most people just dose the entire days dose pre workout. but I guess I'll start spreading it out more! 20 pre workout and 10 and 10 throughout the day?
