Calories on cycle?
Hey op are you gaining much fat? I'm currently on cycle and gained 5% body fat at 4000 cals a day, do you think I should drop cals or will that affect gains too much? I'm (5,10" 86kg)- dazzvxr

Lean bulk/ test e cycle
Running a test e cycle at 500mgs pw for bulking and measured body fat today to find its gone up to 20%!! I eat pretty clean but I do have 4000 kcal a day (5'10" 86kg) I was 15% before eating like this, should I drop kcals to loose fat or will that affect gains too much? Don't really want to get... -

Thanks for the reply, could quite easily get hold of the arimidex but I'd read it wasn't doing much for gyno prone people, I'll stick with the letro if it's not going to cause me any problems -

Hcg is used to stop you from completely shutting down your natural test whilst on cycle, not sure why you would use clomid and nolva for pct, nolva should be fine. You may want to add an ai in with your cycle such as Aromasin or arimidex to keep estrogen at bay and prevent gyno, always keep one... -
