    Day 31: Not much has changed, maybe a bit more lean, weight is the same. Lifts are about the same. I will be getting bloodwork done tomorrow so I’ll post the changes in my blood work in about a week or two when the results come back. ALSO, New source arrived 😈.... soooo I’ll keep y’all posted!

    Rad will pack on the muscle and trim the fat. I LOVE rad, hands down fav sarm. 20MG/daily will be a great start. Remember to hydrate a lot, it elevates my liver enzymes so hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.

It’s only been a little over 2 weeks so I’m not to worried. By week 4 I’ll start questioning why I’m not seeing changes. I’m currently dosing at 16MG...

    Day 16: I am changing my protocol to pinning every day instead of EOD. I was worried about the half life, they say 24-48 hours but I have always dosed oral LGD every 24 hours so I am going to try that out instead. Nothing worthy to report, everything is pretty much the same.

    Day 12: Nothing really to report. Strength is the same, maybe a better pump in the gym, that’s it. My weight is about the same. I might increase my dose from 23MG 4X/wk to 30MG

    Nothing is perfect, it doesn’t matter what source you use, there are bad batches, that’s just the reality of it. I just don’t agree with Rad being a waste. Maybe try again, up the dosage, etc....

    You got some bunk ass rad then. 20mg was great, 30 was even better! Rad is hands down my fav Sarm, insane vascularity, crazy ass pumps, lose fat and gain muscle! just watch your liver enzymes. Raises mine every time.
