    Yeah standalone. I haven't run anything since I stopped my pct about 2 months ago. I noticed a small but steady decrease in strength from the end of pct until now which abruptly reversed after a week of dermastrength.

    I've been using dermastrength for about a week and noticed huge differences in strength. Much more so than ep1c/Follidrone or anything short of ostarine or a full on steroid, fwiw.

    Ostarine doesn't convert to e2. It can increase free e2 a bit due to it's effects on shbg but it doesn't aromatize. It's not a steroid so it's not possible for it to aromatize.

    I don't like the pullover machine at all. Pullovers work just fine with a bench and a dumbbell. I think the best machines are the plate loaded bench press variants, shrug, and machine dip machines.

    The main differences I noticed were that you were doing a pretty high amount of weight for a lot more reps than usual. I'm not a power lifter so I don't normally lift that many reps at my 8 RM or above and when I did chest yesterday I did 25 reps in 4 sets each with DB incline and flat at 160...

    I've been playing lately with a total rep routine. It's actually pretty effective. You set a total rep goal for each lift (I use 25 reps) and hit it in as many sets as you choose with weight set roughly at 6-8 rep max. Seems like a good adjunct to use at times. I don't do it the same way...

    You might consider GVT as a training regimen. It sounds like it's right up your alley. I bet you get better gains with it too.

    I agree; women do need less rest though. When we lift together my girl will do 2 sets to my one even though we're going fast.
