-3x10 barbell side squat 35 lbs

-3x10 hip abduction 80 lbs
-3x10 hip adduction 90 lbs

-3x10 Bent over dumbbell rows 10lbs
-3x10 Wide grip lat pulldowns 40lbs
-3x10 Straight arm lat pulldowns 30lbs
-3x10 Seated cable rows 35lbs
-3x10 Dumbbell rear lunge 10lbs
-3x 1 min planks
alternating with:
-3x15 sit-ups
-15 min elliptical (THERE!!:) I did cardio last this time;)

Mixability: 9/10 (This is when I mix it in a cup of water with a spoon) 10/10 (When I put it in a water bottle and shake it)
