Sorry everyone for the lack of commitment to my log!! I fell off the wagon for awhile, but I started a new workout on Monday. It is pretty legit. Big green and I are in Asheville for the weekend, but when we return home I will be sure to update:)
Hyperfit Day 5
-Incline Dumbbell (15lb) Press on Stability Ball
-Downward Jumping Jack to Full Upward Jack
-Staggered Squat to Bent Over Row with Dumbbell (10lb)
-Squat Jump to 2 bounces
-Triceps Push-up on Knees to Clap
-Squat to Dumbbell (10lb) Overhead Press
I did each of the for one minute...
HYPERFIT DAY 4
-elliptical 5min at 2% resistance
-elliptical 5min at 3% resistance
-dumbbell squat kick 20 reps each leg
-speed walk on treadmill for 4min at 8% incline
-squat straight blast dumbbell punch 30reps
-speed walk on treadmill for 3min at 10% incline

-3x10 Plie Dumbbell Squats 20lbs
-3x10 Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs 45lbs
-3x10 Straigh arm lat pull downs 35lbs
-3x10 lateral side raises 5 lbs
