I have noticed a blood pressure increase so have started to take celery seed extract which has helped. i train at 10:30 each morning as was thinking of taking one an hour or so after training. what do u think ? That way i should get a full days kick to my metabolic rate.
Nice one fella. Am looking forward to getting it done and work with him so that what he sorts out will.be what i eat and nor a.load of stuff that i cant. not to mention when i should be eating it. Should have it all sorted in the next two weeks :)

Due to the time it taskes for a test e blood levels to get to there opt level. would it be better to slowly build up kals each week in stead of just wacking them up. i know that the kcals need to be adjusted for weight gain loss. For me this makes more sense but what r your views??
