    I would use it 5 out of 7 days for 3-4 weeks. Worked like magic at first to the point where I couldn't even sleep at night but then as time went on I would crash by 3-4 p.m. after taking it around 5-6 a.m.

    I was using it consistently in place of caffeine in the mornings, unfortunately I did crash from it and now I have a bunch of it that I doubt I'm going to use.

    Lots of people are prescribed Modafinil but they don't consider it a nootropic rather than just another Rx medication, the movie Limitless has given people the idea that impossible things are achievable with the use of nootropics but I'm guessing some people don't really bother to investigate...

    How do you feel about whey protein hydrolysate?

    I understand it's benefit for some but part of what I am trying to understand is why in supplements that are sometimes referred to as "blends" are composed of WPC, WPI and WPH in varying amounts.
