I'd add low dose reta. Bump every two to three weeks .5 , 1, 1.5 , It won't kill your appetite but will curb your hunger. It will also help nutrient partitioning if you go higher carb or add sugars intra workout.
Guys, please don't take glp 1's if you don't need them. There not risk free. If you're not a morbidly obese person who can't put the spoon down you don't need a glp1
I'd up the intra workout calories if it were me. My preferred are Glucose, beef gelatin gummy rings. 8 (spread evenly throughout) for 100 cals. Instant energy and pumps - resets your nervous system, blunts cortisol and extends workout time and intensity.
If that doesn't do it, a rice crispy or rice cake immediately post workout.
I find this to prevent cravings and hunger later in the day...
