Sorry I forgot to give a little intro.

I'm 59yrs young and been training all my life. I've competed in the last locally but never had the time or opportunity to take it further because of my schedule.

I own and operate a garage 6-7 days a week for the last 26yrs.

At this stage of my life I'm not looking to gain per se. Only maintain what I have and make little gains here and there but mostly just be able to stay active as I age.

I prepare most of my own and Wife's meals and just eat "clean-ish but certainly not a contest diet.

Been cycling for almost 3 decades and again, only doing it to stay fit and healthy and "Young". I exclusively use YMS and GenLabs gear now for the last few years and never had any issues with it other than IT KICKS ASS!!
